How do I enquire about a design?

Browse our bridal and groomwear collections, open the design you love, and use the Enquire About This Design form. Pricing, customization and availability are provided upon request. You can also book a private design consultation.

Do you create custom bridal and groomwear?

Yes. Our Personal Atelier works with brides and grooms on custom and made-to-measure designs for weddings, receptions and other celebrations. Depending on the design and timeline, details such as colour, fabric, embroidery and fit may be personalized.

Do you work with Indian, Pakistani and other South Asian wedding styles?

Yes. Our collections and custom-design service include luxury South Asian bridal and groomwear, with styles such as bridal lehengas, anarkalis, sarees, gowns, sherwanis, achkans and wedding suits.

What happens during a design consultation?

A WellGroomed stylist will learn about your wedding events, personal style, timeline and preferences, then guide you through suitable designs, customization and measurements. Consultations may be available in one of our boutiques, by phone or virtually. Book your consultation to begin.

How do you help with fit and measurements?

Our team will guide you through the measurements required for your selected design. Please review our Fitting Guide for measurement information and instructions.

Do you ship to clients outside your boutique cities?

We work with clients across Canada, the United States and internationally. Shipping options, timing and delivery details depend on the design, customization and destination and will be confirmed with your stylist before your order is finalized.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Eligibility depends on the type of design and whether it has been customized. Please review our Returns & Exchanges policy or contact our team before confirming your order if you have questions.
